Electric Motor Assembly
The rotor housing is heated using internal and external inductor coils. After heating, the rotor assembly can be placed and joined to the housing. The rotor lamination stack heated in the induction furnace before the rotor shaft can be joined into the rotor lamination. In this process, the rotor housing is heated with internal and external inductors.
Measuring bearing seats and joining bearing inserts. Gear wheels are meshed and the drive is assembled, after which the assembled drive is joined to the end bracket.
The stator housing is heated using induction and then joined/assembled to the stator assembly.
The drive cover is assembled and bolted to the drive assembly.
The rotor is assembled and bolted to the stator.
The drive housing and the connection between the stator housing and the motor housing are tested for leaks.
The final assembly and joining of the rotor, stator, housing, and covers is completed.
The final assembly and joining of the rotor, stator, housing, and covers is completed.
Electrical tests range from high-voltage inspection of AC/DC between 3 phases
